Booking Process
Organising your tour involves planning food, drivers, guides, campsites and vehicles. These steps help us prepare your excursion properly.
We provide a quote and proposed itinerary.
You advise us in writing of your acceptance.
We issue an invoice.
Your reservation is confirmed once payment is received.
We send a pre-departure pack before you leave.

Payment Terms
Once Remote Education Tours has confirmed a booking, we may request a deposit payment to hold your booking or cover any pre-booked expenses.
Full payment for the tour is required 30 days prior to tour departure, otherwise the booking may be cancelled.
Bookings made within 30 days of travel must be paid in full within 72 hours.
By making a deposit or payment, in full or in part, you are agreeing to accept the terms and conditions outlined on this page.
Important
Payment confirms planning commitments such as food, transport, staffing, campsites and community arrangements.

Cancellations
Cancellations must be received in writing. Charges are based on how close the cancellation is to the tour start date.
All deposits reimbursed.
25% of tour cost charged.
50% of tour cost charged.
75% of tour cost charged.
100% of tour cost charged.
